Learn How to Make Dim Sum in Time for Chinese New Year

Let the festivities begin! Impress your family with homemade dim sum at your next get-together—Shangri-La at the Fort is offering a Dim Sum-Making Class for adults until tomorrow, January 25.  

 

The class starts at 10 a.m. in The Hub for P 2,888 net per person. Learn how to make siu mai, har gow, and xiao long bao from scratch, and enjoy a delicious dim sum lunch at the Canton Road’s Peking Room after the class. You get to take home personalized aprons and dim sum recipes, too!
