In an effort to preserve the legacy of local farmers and their nutrient-packed, top-notch produce, the Discovery Group has partnered with the Department of Agriculture to support the Heirloom Rice Project.
22 Prime’s menu includes Norwegian Cut Salmon served with cilantro heirloom rice and fresh basil pesto.

The Heirloom Rice Project is an initiative under the Food Staples Sufficiency Program (FSSP) of the Department of Agriculture and aims to enhance the productivity and enrich the legacy of heirloom or traditional rice through empowered communities.
