Meet "Number 1," Dunkin's First-Ever Robot Server
You can find Number 1 at three Dunkin' branches in the Philippines.
Welcome to the future, Dunkin' fans! The multinational coffee and doughnut company introduces their first-ever robot server named Number 1 at select Dunkin' branches in the Philippines.
You might be questioning yourself, "How does Number 1 work?" First, you need to order and pay for your Dunkin' order and then proceed to the assigned table number the service screw will assign to you.
Once the order is prepared, Number 1 will approach your table and deliver your food and drinks, which are placed at a compartment at the back of Number 1.
Once you have your order, the service crew will remotely instruct Number 1 to leave your table for you to enjoy your Dunkin' order.
Here's a video on how Number 1 works:
As of writing, Dunkin's Number 1 is only available at three Dunkin' branches in the Philippines, these are at the Aurora, Quezon City;, SM North EDSA, and Robinsons Nova branches. Hopefully, Number 1 will be introduced to more Dunkin' branches soon!
