Still On A Sushi Bake High? Try This Sushi Bake Drizzled With Special Laksa Sauce!
It's topped with juicy shrimp, too!
Since the sushi bake trend took off, there have been many versions that came after. There are sushi bake trays inspired by different cuisines, like the Middle Eastern shawarma and the Korean samgyeopsal and bibimbap. The latest sushi bake that we've spotted is infused with flavors from a popular Southeast Asian spicy coconut noodle soup. Yes, we're talking about laksa.
Meet Eleven Baker Street's new sushi bake: Shrimp Laksa Aburi Sushi Bake.
Eleven Baker Street's limited-edition sushi bake is made with layers of Japanese rice topped with kani (crabsticks), succulent shrimp, crunchy bits, tobiko, and the star of the show: Eleven Baker Street's special laksa sauce. Similar to other sushi bakes, the Shrimp Laksa Aburi Sushi Bake is served with nori sheets you can use to wrap a spoonful of the sushi bake before taking a bite.
Eleven Baker Street's Shrimp Laksa Aburi Sushi Bake costs P800 for a mini 4.5x8-inch tray that's good for 2-3 people or P1,400 for an 8x8-inch tray good for 4-6 people.
