Do you want to learn how to make restaurant-worthy char sui pork buns or how to make sourdough doughnuts at home? You can if you enroll in this online cooking class at Enderun Colleges!

The École Ducasse Online Culinary eXperience by Enderun launched its online cooking classes which will start this October. The short courses focus on teaching you the skills and then developing those skills in the recipes you will make so whether you want to learn to cook or bake, there's a course for you. Among the recipes you can hope to learn under the program include char siu pork buns, Hainanese chicken, sourdough doughnuts, Italian focaccia, and a New York cheesecake.

You don't just learn the recipes either. The online classes are interactive classes where you can not only watch and follow along with the chef instructor but you can also chat with your fellow students as well as with the chef instructors, especially if you have important questions about a step or process. You even have the option of having all the ingredients you need delivered to your home.
