The Golden Pork Floss Hopia is a soft pastry, with a dried meat wool-like filling—which has a fluffy texture (almost like coarse cotton!) as compared to the regular pork hopia. When you bite into this golden-baked pastry, the pork floss filling will gradually melt in your mouth but even before it completely disappears, you get a sweet-salty-meaty combo.
