Eric Kayser Launched Three New Cakes Just In Time For The Holidays
We want all of them!
Do you already have a cake for Noche Buena or Media Noche? Here are more cake options: Eric Kayser released three new cakes for the holidays! Say hello to the Strawberry Dream Cake, Opera, and Crousty cakes.
The gorgeous Strawberry Cream Cake (P1,800) is a creamy dream-come-true for all the strawberry cake fans. It's made with the softest sponge cake soaked in strawberry syrup, coated in white chocolate and vanilla bean ganache, and decorated with slices of fresh, plump red strawberries at the top and at the bottom.
But if you're into chocolate and coffee (aka mocha), maybe the Opera (P1,600) is a better cake to serve for your holiday spread. It's made with layers of sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, dark chocolate ganache, coffee buttercream, and blanketed with a silky dark chocolate glaze.
And for those who love the classic chocolate and hazelnut combination, Crousty (P1,600) is the best dessert to serve during the holidays. This cake is made with the creamiest, melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate mousse with a bit of macadamia crumble and macadamia nougatine to add bite and texture, then finished off with a spray of dark chocolate velvet.
Are you still looking for Christmas gifts? Eric Kayser also offers the prettiest mini eclairs and tarts you can give to your loved ones! The mini eclair sets (P800/16 pieces and P1,550/32 pieces) include different flavors like Nutella, ube, salted caramel, and chocolate, while mini tart sets (P995/16 pieces and P1,740/32 pieces) includes Chocolate, Lemon Meringue, Caramel Peanut, and Brasilia, a chocolate ganache with coffee cream.
You can place your order via Eric Kayser's website.
