Food News: SIAL ASEAN-Manila 2015 Opens on June 17

Take a bite of the world at the largest food innovation fair and trade show, Salon International de I'Agroalimentaire.



This year, Manila is playing host to SIAL ASEAN-Manila (Salon International de I’Agroalimentaire) as it makes its way back to the World Trade Center Manila on June 17 to 19.


With a total of 300 exhibitors from 19 countries, SIAL ASEAN-Manila will have four product zones: Biscuit, Wine, Frozen Goods, and Meat. This year, SIAL ASEAN-Manila 2015 promises to deliver a more comprehensive trade show experience for trade buyers, industry professionals and food enthusiasts alike as it gathers an extensive range of exhibitors from all corners of the globe.

Welcoming international food service professionals and chefs, La Cuisine by SIAL is an area for in-the-kitchen demos and trainings that will happen throughout the event with participating chefs like Chef Jean Mark Veron, Chef Mitchie Sison, Chef Francis Tolentino, and Chef Sau del Rosario.


Guests can also participate in the tasting sessions from professional wine buyers from various ASEAN regions with companies such as Rock Wine, Phil Wine, Iphor and Werdenberg offering their selections. SIAL ASEAN-Manila will be bringing together a handful of industry experts to discuss relevant topics that affect the F&B industry.
