This New Steakhouse Lets You Sample Steak For Under P1,500 For A Limited Time
It isn't every day that we can enjoy a good slab of juicy medium-rare meat, what with all the daily and monthly expenses we have to consider. Thankfully, we can now enjoy a luxurious steak meal with a promo from George Town Super Steak, a newly opened steakhouse at One Bonifacio High Street Mall in BGC.
Owned by Mr. George Pua, the same man behind Rico's Lechon and KPub BBQ, this new steakhouse boasts being the first to bring in the gorgeous Mibrasa oven from Spain. This charcoal oven can roast meat bring out its flavors with a touch of smokiness, but at the same time retain its juiciness, despite its resting period. Plus, It also cooks significantly faster than using a pan or grill!
They have two Super Steaks that are good for sharing, the Porter House from Australia (P4,350/800 grams) and the Dry-Aged Ribeye from USA (P6,300/700 grams) which is dry aged for 28 days. These are served with two sides of your choice: choose from mushroom soup, Caesar salad, or a cast-iron chocolate chip cookie.
They also have eight other steaks under their Steak N' Sides menu, namely the Striploin (P2,199/375 grams), Ribeye (P2,329/375 grams), Tenderloin (P1869/250 grams), T-Bone (P2,449/370 grams), Wagyu Flank Steak (P1,488/250 grams), Picanha (P899/250 grams), Wagyu A5 Ribeye (P3,800), and Pork Chop Bone-in (P480/300 grams).Â
If you're very particular about the doneness of your steak, George Town Super Steak only serves all of their steaks medium rare, but a hot stone will be provided for you to grill the steak if you want it medium, medium-well, or well-done.
