The nostalgic tastes that remind us of our childhood, whether sweet treats or satisfyingly greasy snacks, are often a little harder to enjoy in adulthood. Our bodies just don't have the same metabolism to handle all that sugar and fat anymore. If you're looking for a way to relive the good old' days of snacking on anything and everything with zero consequences, we found something you might want to try: Local bakeshop Gianna's, which specializes in keto-friendly desserts, has a low-carb version of Dunkin Donuts' famous Choco Butternut Munchkins!

First established in 2017, Gianna's (formerly known as Gianna's Cookie Shop) makes all kinds of low-carb and keto-friendly treats, so you may want to check out their full menu if you've got an insatiable sweet tooth. Their Dunkin' Donuts-inspired Choco Butternut Munchkins offer a healthier variation of the popular Pinoy snack. The primary ingredient of these delectable treats is almond flour, which is made from ground almonds and contains less carbohydrates than all-purpose flour. Each piece contains 86.2 calories, 8.4 grams of fat, and 4.4 grams of carbs. To put that into perspective, a regular doughnut hole can contain over 200 calories, 15 grams of fat, and 21 grams of carbs. Now you can munch away without shooting up your calorie count!
