Love cheese? Head to Spiral at the Sofitel Plaza Manila from July 9 to 13 for J’Adore Le Fromage, a celebration of Sofitel's French heritage which culminates on July 14, Bastille Day.   

If you’ve ever gone crazy over L’epicerie, Spiral’s famed cheese roomthis month's selection will have over 31 types of cheese per day for lunch and dinner. The selection will feature cheeses from the different regions of France such as Banon, Cantal Salers vieux Morin, Chevrotin des Aravis Fermier, Coulommiers Suzerain, Ticodon and Reblochon Fermier to popular cheeses such as Camembert Fort.


Diners may also get the chance to meet Maître Fromager Gérard Poulard and wine expert Pierre-Marie David in the evenings.

Love wine with your cheese? Check out Le Bar’s Wine and Cheese buffet on July 10 with unlimited wine and cheese from the collection of cheese master Gérard Poulard and wine expert Pierre-Marie David from 7 to 10 pm.  The Wine and Cheese Buffet is at P1,850 net.


You can also take your cheese obsession to the next level by taking wine and cheese tasting classes: Learn from the masters—French Cheese Ambassador, Fromagier Gerard Poulard and Wine Specialist  Monsieur Pierre-Marie David—from July 10 to 13, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Classes will be at L’Epicerie (Cheese Room) with a maximum of 8 participants per class. The private Wine and Cheese Tasting Classes at Spiral is at P1,500 net per person.
