This QC Restaurant-Turned-Grocery Offers Ready-To-Heat Meals, Fresh Produce, And More
Now is the best time to support local businesses!
Gourmet Gypsy Art Cafe, a local restaurant owned by Chef Waya Araos-Wijangco, is known for its global cuisine. They had two existing branches located at Maginhawa and Roces in Quezon City but the latter, unfortunately, had to be closed down because of the COVID-19 pandemic. If you want to show your support, they have an online shop where you can buy meat, fresh produce, pantry staples, baked goods, and meals. You can shop for all of these in one transaction!
While dining in at the Maginhawa branch is still unlikely to happen during the general community quarantine, the restaurant is offering its special dishes in ready-to-cook packages and desserts, so we can still enjoy their hearty dishes at home. The art cafe also transformed its dining area and turned it into a grocery where customers can buy meats, fruits, vegetables, pantry staples (different bottled goods, pasta, dairy, baking ingredients, nuts, and herbs and spices) and household basics (face masks, laundry bars, and shampoo).
If you want to do the on-site shopping at Gourmet Gypsy's Maginhawa branch, you can set an appointment through the official website. You can opt to contact the restaurant, too, using these details: 7221-1233, (0995) 382-5736, or [email protected].
All customers are required to use a mask and a face shield.
