This Juicy, Tender, Crispy Boneless Lechon Is Perfect For Potluck Parties
Filipinos can get passionate about lechon in any handaan. We always anticipate its arrival at any party and Gringo's new Lechon Cubano is definitely one that you should try serving this Christmas season.

The Lechon Cubano is a Cuban-style lechon belly that's slow-roasted with different herbs and spices until the lechon is tender and soaks up all the flavor of the aromatics. For those who love crispy lechon skin, the crunchy skin is tasty as it is but it's made even more irresistible with a drizzle of chimichurri sauce on top. Of course, you have to pair lechon with rice and we recommend pairing it with Gringo's Mexican rice and an additional chimichurri sauce!
It's available as a Chikito that's good for one person (P325/no sides; P385/with two sides), while the Pepito serves two to three people (P658/no sides; P745/three sides) and the Bendito serves four to five people (P1,280/no sides; P1,350/four sides). If you want to bring a sure winner for potluck celebrations, the Lechon Cubano is also available as a Fiesta Pack (P1,680) that's good for eight.

The Lechon Cubano is also available in the Sancho Holaday Board (P2,680), which includes Gringo's signature Original Roast Chicken, BBQ ribs, four soft tacos, a platter of rice, nachos, a pitcher of iced tea, and a limited-edition, off-the-menu Ube de Queso flan. Be forewarned: you have to leave room for the rich Ube de Queso flan or else you'll regret it.
