Available in select branches (it should have the "Hap Chan Shabu Shabu" signage, not the "Hap Chan Teahouse" signage), these particular Hap Chan restaurants offer shabu-shabu (P599/head), buffet (P599/head), or a combination of both (P899/head).

Hap Chan Shabu-Shabu (P599/head)

Hap Chan's shabu-shabu station is where you can get all your desired hotpot ingredients to add to the broth. Available are different kinds of meat (including seafood), noodles, leafy greens, mushrooms, tofu, corn cobs, carrots, and a variety of dim sum, too.

You get unlimited drinks and dessert, too! Your beverage choices are soda or fruit shakes, while for your dessert, you can enjoy unlimited coffee jelly, almond jelly, buko pandan, and halo-halo.

Hap Chan Buffet (P599/head)

As for the Hap Chan buffet, they change the menu on a daily basis but they always have six different viands or ulam, rice, noodles, and dim sum, like siopao, siomai, chicken feet, and sharkfin dumplings. Examples of viands the buffet has previously served are steamed fish and sweet and sour chicken.

Same with the shabu-shabu, the buffet also entitles customers to unlimited drinks and desserts. You get the same soda and fruit shake options for your beverage, and you also get the same coffee jelly, almond jelly, buko pandan, and halo-halo dessert options.

If you want to try both the shabu-shabu and buffet, it is possible! It's only more expensive by P200, which isn't too expensive considering you get to enjoy both! Plus, this combination buffet entitles customers to unlimited hakaw and tempura which isn't offered if you only get the buffet or the shabu-shabu.
