This Art Studio + Cafe Is Perfect For Coffee And Catching Up With Your Friends

Located in AFPOVAI, Taguig, this art studio and coffeehouse is still within the convenience of the metro, yet manages to be away from the buzz of the city.
Hatch + Hoolman is great if you're looking for a chill place to stay in without any distractions since it's tucked in a residential area. Situated in the middle of the village, the minimalist and industrial fusion-styled house can easily be spotted on Villamor street. In front, the outside portion has wooden seating areas that contrast with the modern glass facade.
Inside, the combination of eclectic art pieces with the rustic yet modern furnishing all come together to achieve a cool and relaxed aesthetic. Other than the stunning works of art, you can also purchase among the finely-curated selection of home decor, tableware, different kinds of furniture, and even some stylish clothes and accessories!
Going up to the second floor, there are more seating areas and art pieces to admire (and purchase). Cool artwork, colorful clothes, locally-made bags, unique lamps, and a mix of vintage and modern furniture are in store for you here, too.
After appreciating the art (and maybe buying some), then it's time for a good meal! Hatch + Hoolman offers a lot of Filipino favorites and some international options as well. Their drink list is pretty extensive too, ranging from coffee to cocktails.

For a quick yet satisfying meal, try their Grilled Cheese Sandwich (P235) with Iced Dulce de Leche Coffee (P175). If you're looking for rice, then go for the Beef Tapa meal (P235)!

Hatch + Hoolman is located at Villamor St, AFPOVAI, Taguig, Metro Manila, Tuesdays to Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
