Learn how to perfect the classic caramel chiffon cake and panaderia staples.
Did you miss Heny Sison Culinary School's first online class on perfecting the classic caramel chiffon cake? Don't worry, the culinary school recently opened more Classic Caramel Cake classes, plus a different class focusing on panaderia-staples, the Ensaimada and Cheese Rolls classes.

As of writing, the earliest dates for the Classic Caramel Cake class and Ensaimada and Cheese Rolls classes are already sold out. But there are more classes you can still enroll for in later dates that still fall within the last week of the month of July 2020. So, you don't have to wait for too long.

If you're interested to learn or brush up on your baking skills, you can still sign up for the Ensaimada and Cheese Rolls classes scheduled for July 28 (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.), July 30 (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) for a fee of P3,000, and the Classic Caramel Cake class that's scheduled on July 31 (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) for P2,000.Â
The Ensaimada and Cheese Rolls class will have the same setup as the Classic Caramel Cake class where the demo class will be done via Zoom. After the class, each student will receive a Certificate of Completion, a class photo, and a supplementary handout.
