This Ice Cream Cake Has Ube Halaya And Cream Cheese Frosting
You can get an entire cake for less than P500!
We've lost count of all the ube desserts and pastries available in Manila from pandesal to leche flan, from cookies to cinnamon rolls, and everything in between. That's not going to stop us from adding to our ever-growing list of sweet treats flavored by the popular purple yam!
Here's our latest find: Ice Cake Co. makes an ube ice cream cake, and it has real ube halaya filling as well as a load of cream cheese frosting on top!
The ube and cheese flavors on this cake are made even better thanks to the ube ice cream base, which makes the dessert perfect to have on a hot day. It's got a crushed graham cracker crust underneath for added crunch and texture. Plus, the crust gives the cake a warm, toasty flavor that makes it extra comforting and satisfying.
You can get the cake in several sizes depending on the number of people in your household (or the magnitude of your appetite).
