And that's exactly what we experienced when we got to try a local cheesy ice cream dubbed "Ice Cream Of The Year".
Ice Cream Of The Year has a name that's spells confidence, which is why it's also such an intriguing dessert because we want to know if it lives up to its name. Here's everything you need to know about it:
Ice Cream Of The Year only churns one flavor: Milk Cheese Ice Cream, and it only comes in a 6x2-inch tin can. This uses a soft, almost whipped cheese ice cream with layers of finely crushed graham biscuits in between, and then finished with another layer of crushed graham on top.
The best way to describe the taste is that it's similar to a plain cheesecake but turned into melts-in-your-mouth ice cream. The cheesiness of the ice cream is on the lighter side, while the texture almost feels like what would happen if you combine whipped cream and cream cheese.
