The Mushroom Ramen (P420) is Ippudo's first ever non-pork-based ramen with a light broth made with hand-picked mushrooms, house-made miso paste, and a douse of garlic oil. If you've ever dined in one of Ippudo's restaurants, you will be happy to know that this ramen still uses their signature Hakata-style noodles-which are relatively thinner compared to the usual wheat udon noodles.
