Aside from all the Japanese ramen houses that are now offering ramen kits, you can now conveniently find them while you’re shopping for groceries, too. That’s a total of four ramen servings in one box!
If you’re not familiar with Ippudo’s ramen menu, the Akamaru that’s served in the restaurant is made with a pork broth, thin noodles, Ippudo’s secret miso paste (called Umami Dama), miso paste, and then topped with pork belly chashu, cabbage, sesame kikurage mushrooms, red pickled ginger, and scallions. The Shiromaru, on the other hand, highlights a tonkotsu-based broth, Ippudo’s signature dashi, thin noodles, and topped with pork belly chashu, sesame kikurage mushrooms, menma, red pickled ginger, and scallions.Â
