Jamie Oliver has a way of making tasty, comforting food seem approachable and easy, without having to compromise on quality or flavor.

This time around, Jamie is taking his easy, breezy approach to food and using it to teach people about how to eat well in his brand new cookbook, Everyday Super Food. With his team of cooks, researchers and designers, Jamie is able to brush away the average cook’s fear of eating healthy by using recipes that are familiar and totally easy to pull off.


A few crowd favorites include his Skinny Carbonara, Black Rice Pudding and Baked Eggs in Popped Beans. Jamie also takes a holistic approach to living well by giving readers a few tips about exercising and even sleeping well.
