Do you know that MOS Burger is Japan’s second-largest burger joint? MOS stands for “Mountain, Ocean, Sea,” and is known for its burgers, more especially it’s rice burgers that are made with rice-shaped burger buns. And because Filipinos have the appetite to eat rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (sometimes, midnight snack, too!), MOS Burger’s rice burgers and Pinoys sound like a match made in heaven.

Thankfully, MOS Burger will open a pop-up store in Robinsons Galleria, Ortigas by January 2020. They will be serving two items, the Signature MOS Burger and the Yakiniku Rice Burger. The Signature MOS Burger is made with buns that sandwich in a flavorful patty, their special sauce, and a slice of tomato. The Yakiniku Rice Burger, on the other hand, the Yakiniku Rice Burger is made with thinly-sliced marinated beef and lettuce that are sandwiched in between grilled rice patties.
