This Pretty Pastel Cafe In Pampanga Serves Tasty Dishes + Unique Coffee
One of the more interesting drinks on the menu is the Tres Leches!
You don't need to travel far to delight in the pretty pastel aesthetics South Korean cafes are known for. Tucked in San Fernando, Pampanga, Jungle Base Grounds Coffee boasts of the prettiest retro-chic interiors that are tempered by rustic charms. Starting with the teal tiled walls, quirky accent chairs, and vintage-inspired furniture, it carries a truly unique vibe as they ingeniously pair these with natural boho pieces.
With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the bright and airy space is a haven for good coffee and good conversations. Did we mention that it has a sprawling alfresco area that also has an actual skating rink, too? You can definitely spend the whole day in this hidden gem. It really is an incredible oasis for relaxing and taking a breather!
Your trek North is not just for the aesthetics, though! Jungle Base Grounds Coffee also serves cafe food staples that even discerning foodies would appreciate and enjoy. They serve Skillet Eggs (P240), which is their own version of the Mediterranean favorite shakshuka; an elevated Beef Tapa (P320) that uses grass-fed sirloin for a more robust flavor; Pesto with Chicken Pasta (P250) for a lighter, yet hearty dish.
Don't forget to try their signature coffee! Sea Salt Honey (P170), Barista Breakfast (P170), Tres Leches (P180) are just some of the intriguing yet mouth-watering options they have apart from the traditional coffee menu of lattes and mochas.
It is definitely worth the drive!
Jungle Base Grounds Coffee is located at MacArthur Highway cor Marlboro Road, Brgy. Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
