This is The Cheesiest Chicken You’ll Ever Eat

Imagine dunking crispy, boneless chicken chunks into gooey, melted cheese-and you have the bread bowl equivalent of the fondue pot from Kko Kko, the restaurant of DJ and celebrity Grace Lee and her mother. It's the resto's signature dish, the Chicken Cheese Fondue (P658 half and P988 whole), and comes with not just the crispy chicken but also fries and homemade onion rings that are perfect for dipping into the gooey cheese.

Plus, if you're feeling adventurous, choose to spice up the cheese with either Korea's infamous hot pepper paste, transforming it into a Spicy Cheese, or go a little more mellow with Mustard Garlic.

But there's more to Kko Kko than just this platter. And if you love chicken, you'll love that it serves it in more ways than one.

Order the Original chicken (P328 half and P558 whole), either plain or spicy, and you'll have the famous double fried chicken Korea is known for. The Yang Nyum (P368 half and P598 whole), Snow (P368 half and P598 whole), Padak (P298 half and P48 whole), and Chicken Popcorn (P308 half and P498 whole) meanwhile are all boneless chicken chunk dishes in either a tasty sauce (Sweet Chili, Classic Soy, or Oh-My-Garlic) or showered with a powder (Cheese or Fire Chili).

Can't get enough of the cheese and chicken combo? Then order the Boneless Chicken Melt (P308 half and P498 whole), a deboned chicken thigh fillet that's been deep fried until crispy before being tossed in the Yang Nyum sauce of your choice and topped with melted mozzarella.

But it's not about the chicken. Everything you love about Korean food is on the menu, too. The Dosirak (starting at P198) is a neatly proportioned canister of rice, sweet dilis, kimchi, sunny-side up egg, and your choice of viand. You can close the tin and shake its contents until mixed thoroughly before eating.
