LAKO Manila's Cassube Flan has three layers of Filipino favorites: cassava cake, ube halaya, and silky leche flan. It was previously launched back in November 2019 but LAKO Manila recently relaunched the item (just in time for the holidays!) and added torched queso de bola on top. This sharp cheese melts into a layer you can crack with a spoon to reveal the three layers of delicacies beneath.

If you want it soft and creamy, you can keep it in room temperate for an hour before eating. But if you want it thicky and chewy, you'll have to chill it in the refrigerator before eating it.
