Here's a quick fix to your paksiw craving!
Whenever there's lechon in any handaan, it's quite a rare phenomenon to have any lechon leftovers that you can transform into lechon paksiw. So if a craving for this tangy stew happens, cooking is more intentional but buying a ready-to-eat meal is easier, quicker, and in Lawson's case, it's more affordable too, than cooking it from scratch!
Starting August 22 (that's today!), the convenience store introduces the Lechon Paksiw (P130) meal as the new addition to the Lawson Premium Series. The series also launched other affordable dishes like the Grilled Liempo, Thai Pandan Chicken, and Swedish Meatballs.
Lawson's Lechon Paksiw revels in the familiar, comforting sweet and tangy flavors we all look for in lechon paksiw. This is served with rice, as any lechon meal should. Don't worry as Lawson is typically generous with their rice servings!
