Le Cordon Bleu To Open at Ateneo De Manila
Le Cordon Bleu, a renowned French culinary and hospitality institution, will be launching its first bachelor's degree program at Ateneo de Manila University, reports ABS-CBN News. It is set to begin its classes by September 2018.
The much-anticipated collaboration between the two institutions will specialize in hotel and restaurant management programs. Charles Cointreau, Le Cordon Bleu's Asia director, will be spearheading the first open house to launch its first program, the Bachelor of Science in Restaurant Entrepreneurship.
Le Cordon Bleu will be installing kitchens and a cafe to teach French and Western cuisines at Ateneo de Manila's The Arete. In addition to that, Cointreau mentions that a second campus will open by at Rockwell by 2019 which will go beyond Western and Asian cuisines.
