Le Sucre Lab is known for their Dreamcakes—the moist chocolate cake with a thick ganache on top inside a round tin can. Different dreamy Dreamcakes followed their Chocolate Dreamcake, like the limited-edition Mango Dreamcake and Strawberry Dreamcake. Now, Le Sucre Lab’s first-ever cafe comes with an expanded menu featuring new chocolatey drinks and soft-serve ice cream!

Le Sucre Lab’s first cafe finds its home in Alabang Town Center. What makes a trip down south worthwhile is Le Sucre Lab’s new signature drinks made with award-winning local ingredients. The Midnight Dream is made with premium tablea, vanilla bean pudding, and chocolate syrup, while the Iced Mochamisu is made with premium tablea, espresso, coffee jelly, and cream cheese foam. According to a Facebook post from Le Sucre Lab, they source their ingredients locally. The tablea used is from Bohol, while the house blend coffee is from Cavite and Benguet.

Chef and chocolatier Marvin Bagube is the man behind the new desserts on the menu. In an interview with GMA News Online, he said the cafe will also offer two soft-serve ice cream flavors inspired by Filipino flavors: the Pinipig Milk, which infuses toasted pinipig with the soft serve base and the Salted Leche Flan, a creme Anglaise soft serve with salted burnt arnibal sauce.
Le Sucre Lab is located at the Groundfloor, Alabang Town Center, Alabang-Zapote Road, Muntinlupa City (beside J.CO Donuts & Coffee).
