If you’re already head over heels in love with M Bakery’s banana pudding, you will fall even harder once you get to taste of their special take on this signature dessert. M Bakery just released the Lotus Biscoff Banana Pudding–a nod to their flavor of the month: Lotus Biscoff.

The Lotus Biscoff, also known as speculoos, is a type of special shortcrust biscuit from Belgium. M Bakery adds these cookies in by blending a Lotus Biscoff spread with vanilla pudding, layered with (more!) Lotus Biscoff cookies, fresh bananas, and topped with (even more!) Lotus Biscoff cookie crumbs.

If your cookie cravings aren’t satisfied, you can also munch on M Bakery’s special Icebox dessert with layers of crunchy Lotus Biscoff cookies!
