M Bakery’s Classic Tres Leches Cake is the textbook definition of a traditional Tres Leches cake. It’s made with a light Mexican sponge cake that’s literally swimming in a puddle of three different kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy milk. It’s topped with a thick layer of whipped cream and a slice of fresh strawberry to add a delicious tangy flavor.

Another flavor M Bakery is offering this month is the Salted Caramel Tres Leches Cake. It’s similar to their Classic Tres Leches Cake, but this flavor also soaks the sponge cake in the three kinds of milk with the addition of caramel syrup. It’s topped with whipped cream, drizzled caramel sauce, and sprinkled with a pinch of sea salt.
