Here's Where You Can Get Malagos Cheese In Manila
You can get it in a Makati cafe.
If you love chocolate, you probably know of Malagos' award-winning chocolate, but there aren't many who know about their cheese. For those curious cheese fans who want to level up their pasta dishes, sandwiches, or baked dishes, Malagos Cheese has one official reseller in Metro Manila: Tilde Bakery and Cafe.
Tilde Bakery and Cafe, what we would consider one of Poblacion's hidden gems, now carries different types of Malagos Cheese in their restaurant. You can now buy Malagos Farmhouse' goat cheeses, ranging from Fresh Goat Cheese (P480/250g), a creamy cheese made from fresh pasteurized goat's milk and with less salt; Fresh Chevre (P330/150g) is made from fresh pasteurized Goat's milk; Davao Blue Goat (P545/180g), which is a blue cheese that's aged and dried for 30 to 45 days; Borracho (P460/150g), which is made with goat cheese that's been aged and washed in Cerveza Negra for three months; Caprricio (P460/150g), a velvety, nutty cheese made with washed rind goats milk cheese; the Sophia (P900/300g), goat cheese that's marinated in olive oil and garlic; and La Regina (P1,600/600g), a soft goat's milk cheese made similar to Camembert.
They also have cheeses that are made from a combination of goat and cow's milk. There's the Mango Sublime (P345/150g) that has notes of yellow mangoes, the Pineapple Sublime (P345/150g) that has the sweet and tangy taste of pineapples, and the Pesto Sublime (P345/150g) that uses Malagos Farmhouse' signature pesto.
