Mama Lou's New Dish Will Make You Come Over To The Dark Side

If you've tried it and loved it, you should try Mama Lou's Baked Squid Ink Risotto next! It is their newest risotto on the menu that could easily win you over to the dark side, literally.

The Baked Squid Ink is Mama Lou's Lenten special food item on the menu. It's made with squid ink-flavored risotto that has just the right deep and rich flavor that it's not overpowering, then topped with squid heads and a special aioli and cheese sauce. This topping makes it creamy, more nakakabusog, indulgent, and balances out the umami of the squid ink.
