Iloilo’s Famous Soup Is Now Available At Mang Inasal

What could possibly make your go-to Mang Inasal order of chicken inasal and unlimited rice (with a drizzle of chicken oil, of course!) better? Well, a hot bowl of soup like Mang Inasal’s Molo Soup could definitely make your meal more satisfying.

If you aren’t familiar with this Filipino comfort food, a molo soup is a Filipino pork dumpling soup that originated from Iloilo City, coincidentally in a district called Molo. This comforting soup is commonly made with seasoned ground pork wrapped in molo or wonton wrappers. Mang Inasal makes this hearty soup by simmering the molo dumplings in chicken broth with misua, minced garlic, and spring onions.

Mang Inasal’s Molo Soup (*P23, meal add-on) is now available in Mang Inasal stores in Mega Manila and South Luzon. It will soon be available in other regions within the first quarter of 2019.
