This gorgeous cake is made with nine alternating layers of soft cashew cake, bits of fresh local mangoes, and vanilla buttercream. According to the owner of Bellefleur, Bea Atienza, she sources the mangoes locally from Davao and Cebu because the Philippines has the best mangoes!
