This is commonly made with delicate flaky layers with a sweet custard filling in between, then topped with a sugary glaze. Although you can't go wrong with a classic approach, Mav's Sweet Cravings takes this Bacolod delicacy to the next level by combining it with mango graham, yet another well-loved  Pinoy dessert.
