This Brunch Buffet Has Unli-Lobsters, Steak, and Lechon

Sunday brunch buffets are meant for to be a long leisurely meal, a pause from the busy week, and a chance to enjoy good food. Just when you though Sunday brunch couldn't get better, Marriott Hotel Manila launches Sunday Brunch 2.0. It's their biggest buffet yet and combines the different food selections from three dining outlets: Marriott Café, Cru Steakhouse, and the Greatroom.

Your brunch journey begins at the Greatroom with their cheese appetizers. They have a premium grazing table with an array of cheeses which you can pair with meats and cold cuts. You can even add fresh fruits, nuts, jams, honey, crusty bread, and, if you're feeling fancy, a glass of red or white wine. The Greatroom is also the place where you can try the grilled pork belly, barbecue pork ribs, shrimp, and lobsters.

In the case that you're craving a specific Asian cuisine, the Marriott Café offers an extensive menu of international cuisines. The café has Japanese teppan and tempura, Chinese dim sum, Italian pasta and pizza, and, of course, well-loved Filipino food like kare-kare.

If the Marriott Café boasts of a salmon bar, lobsters, curacha crabs, tiger prawns, the Cru Steakhouse is where you can get grilled juicy steak. You shouldn't miss Cru Steakhouse's signature black truffle risotto, twice-baked cheddar cheese potato, and crispy, juicy lechon!

To end your hearty and satisfying brunch on an oh-so-sweet note, there are cakes, gelato, and different Swiss chocolates that come in bars or truffles that are combined with nuts, nougat, or dried fruit. If your cravings lean towards Filipino desserts, you ought to make your way back to the Greatroom for Filipino refreshments and desserts like sago't gulaman, buko pandan, melon juice, and mango sago.
Diners will be given a Hungry Explorer's Kit that will help you navigate and plan your brunch plan. For an added element of quirkiness, this suitcase will also include stickers, postcards, and a passport that you will need to collect the stamps to exchange it for a prize.
Marriott Manila Hotel's Sunday Brunch 2.0 (P3,288/person) will be available starting June 16, 2019.
