Mary Grace Café introduced the Tres Leches Cake as a Mother’s-Day special in 2017 and brought it back in 2018; it initially featured layers of butter cake, a caramel filling, and cream coating plus a tres-leches sauce you can pour over your slice. This year’s Tres Leches Cake, on the other hand, has a light vanilla sponge, caramel filling, and an earl-grey infused milk sauce for a mild earthy, floral note that’ll bring out the creaminess of the other components! You’ll be able to pre-order it for P1,888 through Mary Grace’s website starting April 28 until May 3. You can also catch it at their shops, where it’ll go for P2,098.
Mary Grace Café is a homegrown cafe known for their cakes, pastries, and savory eats. They opened their first store in 2002 and their first cafe in 2006. Other bestsellers you can get at Mary Grace are the Ensaymada, Hot Chocolate, and the Mushroom & Garlic Pizza.
