You can’t go wrong with a delicious chocolate cake. Max’s Corner Bakery’s chocolate truffle cake is made with everything chocolate: rich layers of moist chocolate cake, glazed with chocolate ganache, sprinkled with chocolate shreds, topped with chocolate truffle balls, and dusted with cocoa powder. This is the ultimate cake for chocoholics!

If you grew up loving the sweet and milky pastillas, you will surely love the festive pastillas cake. This cake is made with a soft and fluffy chiffon base, the cake is covered in buttery caramel icing and white chocolate shavings (which resembles snow!) and finished off with green Christmas tree-like icing. The strawberry chiffon (below) is a classic vanilla cake covered in light whipped cream. A strawberry glaze is thinly spread all over before being topped with a sweet and thick strawberry jam!

All three cakes are equally delicious, so we totally understand if you’re having a hard time picking one over the other. Here’s a solution, just pick all three! If there’s anything we know about feasting during the holidays is that the more cake, the merrier!
