Max’s Restaurant Now Offers A Chocolate Strawberry Cake

Dining in at Max's Restaurant isn't complete without ordering their signature crispy fried chicken dipped in their special Worcestershire sauce-banana ketchup combo. But if you're looking for new dishes, they recently added a Red Sinigang, Chocolate Strawberry Cake Roll, and Chocolate-Coated Caramel Bars to the menu.

Fried food with soup is always a great idea! For sinigang fans, Max's Restaurant's Red Sinigang (P529) is a different take on this classic Filipino dish. Max's version has beef and fish cooked in a sweet and sour soup made with tamarind and tomatoes. This sinigang has string beans, radish, okra, and crispy kangkong, too.

For dessert, you can try the Strawberry Chocolate Roll (P259)! This soft and fluffy chocolate chiffon cake is filled and frosted with whipped cream, piped with strawberry fruit filling, and decorated with chocolate cutouts and shavings. Max's caramel bars get a chocolatey makeover with the new Chocolate-Coated Caramel Bars (P249). The classic caramel bars are coated in luscious dark and white chocolate, decorated with even more chocolate!
