McDonald’s Implements Limited Delivery Hours For Now

It’s for everyone’s safety.

McDonald’s Philippines announced that they have made temporary adjustments for McDelivery services. Beginning March 17, they implemented the following guidelines with the limited workforce in light of the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon

1 Only orders placed between 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. will be accommodated (but may vary per area depending on store availability).

2 Not all areas will be covered (limited workforce may not be able to cover demand).

3 No delivery time guarantee (goal is to deliver as soon as possible but limited workforce may cause delays).

McDonald’s may also opt to book deliveries via GrabExpress and there will be no additional charges for the customer.

According to McDonald’s Philippines, “GrabExpress drivers will also be observing McDelivery’s No-Touch procedure as a precautionary measure.”
