Here Are Some of Soon-to-Be-Royal Meghan Markle’s Favorite Food

And she can make a mean chicken adobo, too!

Suits actress and soon-to-be-royal Meghan Markle has professed her love for food in numerous interviews and in her now-defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig, where she posted entries on beauty, fashion, and food.

She even enjoys making adobo! In a 2012 interview with Today, she said, “I am a big fan of Sunday suppers. Whether we're eating lamb tagine, pot roast or a hearty soup, the idea of gathering for a hearty meal with friends and family on a Sunday makes me feel comforted. I enjoy making slow-cooked food on Sundays, like Filipino-style chicken adobo. It's so easy—combine garlic, soy (or Bragg Liquid Aminos), vinegar, maybe some lemon and let the chicken swim in that sauce until it falls off the bone in a Crock Pot.”

Here are the other dishes on her favorite food list:

We’re not alone in our love for no-fuss dishes. She loves her Cacio e Pepe, because, yes it is one of the easiest pasta dishes you can put together!
