Pan de Manila's Underrated Avocado Ice Cream Is Transformed Into Cake
Meet the entire cake line of Merienda by Pan de Manila.
An underrated item you can buy at Pan de Manila is their pints of ice cream, among other things. What's not to love about how affordable their pints are? Not to mention that it's dairy-free and gluten-free too.
Merienda by Pan de Manila, the restaurant chain handled by Pan de Manila, transforms the Avocado Ice Cream into another dessert: Avocado Ice Cream Cake (P999/whole cake). This cake has layers of fresh avocado, avocado ice cream, yema filling, and an avocado-matcha sponge cake.
Merienda by Pan de Manila also uses the other Pan de Manila ice cream flavors for other cakes too. There's the Mango Ice Cream Cake (P999/whole cake) which has mangoes, mango ice cream, yema filling, and a graham crust; Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Cake (P1,200/whole cake) is made with cookies & cream ice cream, chocolate fudge, cookies & cream crust, and whipped cream; Tablea Ice Cream (P999/whole cake) which uses chocolate ice cream, moist chocolate cake, and a table ganache filling.
