This online shop's Bibingka Bites, inspired by royal bibingka from Vigan, are made with the light, buttery flavor of bibingka, but have a consistency more similar to tikoy or sapin-sapin. They're a great treat to munch on if you love sweet and chewy desserts. They're available in two variations: Ube and Macapuno. The Ube Bibingka Bites (P220/box of six; P400/box of 12) feature an ube base with ube halaya filling and melted cheese on top. The Macapuno Bibingka Bites (P220/box of six; P400/box of 12), on the other hand, have a classic bibingka base with sweet macapuno filling and cheese on top.
