Merry Moo’s latest ice cream creation is the Spanish Bread Ice Cream, which is made out of actual Spanish Bread that they buy from their local panaderia. According to Kelvin Ngo of Merry Moo, “We blitz the bread and let it steep in our fresh sweet cream base from Laguna. After awhile, we strain it and place it into our ice cream machine to churn. We then added some more chunks of it to further enhance the experience.”
