Milkyway Café’s new Pancit Sotanghon Lumpia Cake (P1,895) is assembled in such a way that the restaurant’s pancit sotanghon is in the middle, and what gives it a cake-like shape are the 25 pieces of big, crunchy lumpiang Shangai surrounding the pancit. Just like any other cake, Milkyway Cafe’s pancit-lumpia cake is best shared with other pancit fans and lumpia lovers, as it is good for 10-12 people.
