This Tiara Cake Will Make You Feel Like a Queen

It's too beautiful to eat! In celebration of this year's Miss Universe pageant, Marriott Manila has come out with a tiara cake made of moist chocolate cake, salted caramel chocolate ganache, and rolled fondant. The decadent cake is truly fit for a queen!

Fancy eating like a beauty queen? The Cru Steakhouse also has a Queen Bee menu which includes Salmon Carpaccio (salmon gravlax, beetroot salad, and horseradish cream) as appetizers, Sweet Corn Velouté (organic vegetable fajitas and chive oil), Fillet Mignon (seared foie gras, rosti potatoes, mushroom ragoût, and blueberry sauce) for the main course, and Ube Maclair (purple yam macaron, chantilly jellied dalandan coulis, Good Shepherd ube cream, and pili nut crumble) for dessert. 

The tiara cake is available at the Marriott Cafe Bakery for P205. The Queen Bee menu is priced at P3,000 nett.
