Kadiwa Market And Mobile Palengkes Open In QC
More avenues for people to get veggies and fruits from the farmers!

A total of 7 "mobile palengkes" and a Kadiwa market opened in Quezon City on March 26, Thursday. According to a report by ABS-CBN News, Department of Agriculture Secretary William Dar said this project is set to assist farmers sell their harvest.Â
The Kadiwa market, located inside the Department of Agriculture Training Institute in Elliptical Road, Quezon City offers produce as low as P35/ kilo for tomatoes. They also sell seafood such as bangus (P175/ kilo) and tilapia (P125/ kilo). The Kadiwa market will be open on Thursdays and Fridays, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Kadiwa on Wheels is also set to go around Quezon City.
