MOS Burger Is Finally Opening Its First Manila Branch

The Japanese chain's first branch in Manila is opening at Robinsons Galleria.

We know not everyone got to go to the pop-up. But the wait for MOS Burger really is almost over—they’re opening at 10 a.m. at Robinsons Galleria on February 27—with goodies reportedly up for grabs for the first 50 customers. You’ll want to try the best-sellers, like the MOS Cheese Burger (P149) and the Yakiniku Rice Burger (P169) in particular, but there’s a whole host of other sandwiches to try, too.

The Natsumi Yakiniku Burger (P189), for one, is wrapped in lettuce instead of bread or a rice bun—all the savory-sweet yakiniku flavor, none of the carbs. The Seafood Tempura Rice Burger (P169) is crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside seafood, drizzled with sauce reminiscent of the dashi you normally get with tempura.

Then there’s the Wagyu Burger (P299). This crowd favorite comes with signature garlic pepper sauce, cutting through the meatiness of the beef patties. (You can get this with either the bread or rice bun.)
