Get your fill of goodies from the Negros region without hopping on a plane! The 33rd Negros Trade Fair will run from September 26 to 30, 2018 at the Glorietta Activity Center, Makati City. 

 

This year' theme  is “Sweet Talk: Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice" and the fair will pay tribute to the sugar industry by encouraging its exhibitors to make use of sugar, its components, and by products. Expect over 70 booths which will show off the best of Negros. Here are some delicious eats you can expect at this annual trade fair: 

 


Piaya, bañadas, and more biscuits and cookies from Negros will available at the trade fair. 

 


You don't need to hop on a plane to try out these goodies!  

 


Barquillos, anyone? It is a crunchy wafer roll with milky flavors. 

 


Grab a bottle (or two) of this luscious chocolate spread made with local cacao.  

 


Gourmet tuyo and other bottled goods can also be found at the trade fair. 

 

Founded in 1985, the Negros Trade Fair is the country’s longest-running provincial trade fair.
