Negros is divided into two areas: Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental. The annual Negros Trade Fair started back in 1985. This year marks the 34th year of the trade fair as it continues to bring in the different products and services that Negros has to offer. With this year's theme of Timeless Traditions, this annual event also aims to showcase the culture and lifestyle, the land and its locals, and the stories behind their traditions.

There will be more than 50 concessionaires this year! Some of the concessionaires you should not to miss include Felicia's pili crumble and ensaymadas, Fresh Start's artisan piaya, and Virgie's pastillas de manga. The Negros Trade Fair is also bringing in bottled tuyo from Ading's Gourmet Tuyo and flavorful chorizo from Ereneta Manoloto Chorizo.
